2. Next onto 3D scanning or reverse engineering were we can 3D scan existing parts or reverse engineer from technical drawings and specifications using our professional design services.

3. Moving onto design & optimisation from our design services team who will create or modifiesCAD files, often improving on the original design for better performance and durability.

4. Material selection, we'll help you choose from our range of materials & finishes to match strength, durability, and appearance requirements. We'll recommend the best option for your specific application.

 

5. Time for production & testing, we 3D print your custom part using premium materials and conduct quality checks to ensure proper fit and function.

6. We aim to offer same-day Fast Track service for simple and urgent prints in the CBD, with 48-72 hours standard turnaround for most Sydney areas. Complex projects can take 1 week or more.
